Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all
orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on
a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that if we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, then you will be contacted to verify the mistake and provide the right information.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible
for paying those fees. We recommend that you contact us so we can provide an accurate shipping rate based on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking
information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Or through your dashboard here on our website.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange . Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 5 business days for the refund transfer to be completed.
